After an Autopilot enrollment when the computer arrives at the end customer, the initial startup may take many hours depending on the amount of data that need to be downloaded. This means that the customer may need to wait some time before they can use their new computer.

When selecting pre-provisioning, also known as "white glove deployment," we start up the computer in a special mode after enrolling it which enables all the software and profiles to be downloaded onto the computer, it is then resealed before being sent from our warehouse to the adress of your choice.
The customer then only needs to start the computer, connect to a network, choose a language, and log in with their username and password and is able to start working immediately.
