SwapPlus - service response time is 8h. Within the response time, the service provider is in contact with the customer to clarify the fault situation. Maintenance work is carried out as a replacement of equipment with a new or similar equipment. The device may also be a corresponding repaired replacement device. The replacement device will be delivered to the customer within four (4) working days after the service provider has contacted the customer. The customer is obliged to install the replacement device in place of the broken one and to deliver the broken device to the service provider (shipping costs are the responsibility of the consignee). Service calls should be delivered to the service provider on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm. The service is valid for 36 months and includes all maintenance parts of the device (excluding consumables). The service needs to be registered within 60days from purchase.
