Onsite Repair - The service response time is 8 hours. Within the response time, the service provider will contact the customer to determine the fault condition. Onsite repair will take place on customer premises within 2days (restrictions applies) from when Brother or service provider has got the service request. The service is valid for 48 months and includes all maintenance parts of the device (excluding consumables). The service needs to be registered within 60days from purchase.
